Unidentified prisoner hanged in Salmas on Sept. 26. According to IHR sources, on the morning of September 26, a prisoner was hanged at the prison of Salmas city, West Azerbaijan province. “He was arrested six years ago for killing his cousin over farm-land and water dispute,” a well-informed source told IHR.
