Governor Asa Hutchinson signed SB 464 (now Act 810) into law. The new law would conceal from the public documents and information relating to the state's purchase of execution drugs and the identity of the drug supplier and make disclosure of such information a felony (see also March 6 and 13, and April 2 and 3).
