USA - Arkansas. The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that the department of corrections must disclose pharmaceutical package inserts and labels

The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled in Arkansas Department of Corrections v. Shults that the state department of corrections must disclose pharmaceutical package inserts and labels that could identify the manufacturer of the potassium chloride it intends to use in executions, but that it must redact lot and batch numbers and other information that could lead to the disclosure of the distributor who supplied the drugs to the department.
