A Tulare County jury returned a death penalty verdict in the case of Eric Jimenez. Jimenez, 33, - his gang moniker is Psycho - was convicted June 13 of the March 28, 2012 1st-degree murder of 39-year-old Jorge Ayon. Judge Kathryn Montejano presided over the trial.
