USA - California. Outgoing governor Brown reopens the case of Kevin Cooper

Outgoing Governor Jerry Brown has issued an executive order granting limited DNA testing to Kevin Cooper. Cooper, now 60, Black, has long maintained his innocence of a 1985 murder of four, and substantial evidence points to other individuals as the killers.
