Judge Bruce Kyle in Fort Myers accepted the jury’s recommendation and sentenced Mark Sievers, 51, White, to death for orchestrating his wife Teresa’s murder. The jury sentenced Sievers on Dec. 10 (see).

Judge Bruce Kyle in Fort Myers accepted the jury’s recommendation and sentenced Mark Sievers, 51, White, to death for orchestrating his wife Teresa’s murder. The jury sentenced Sievers on Dec. 10 (see).
The Bauchi State High Courts have disposed of 51 criminal cases, resulting in the conviction of 64 offenders for various offences, including armed robbery, rape, kidnapping, conspiracy, culpable homicide and fraud.
