"The new vote at the United Nations in favour of the moratorium records the positive evolution around the world over the last 10 years towards the obsoletion of the fake and archaic death penalty system. It is based on the aberrant and contradictory principle according to which life is defended by inflicting death,” Sergio D’Elia, Hands Off Cain Secretary, said.
“We now need the countries that have supported the UN moratorium, not just the European ones, to completely respect it in all circumstances.”
