May 9, 2024 - IRAN. 4 men executed in Urmia on May 9
Hassan Choopani (Chupani, Choupani), Taher Abdolali (Abdolalipour), Hassan Arabi, and Abdollah Hassanzadeh Yangajeh
4 Kurdish men were executed in Urmia Central Prison on 9 May.
Hassan Choopani was 35, and was arrested 4 years ago. Abdallah Hassanzadeh and Taher Abdolalipour 5 years ago, and Hassan Arabi, 40, was arrested 6 years ago.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
