January 11, 2024 - IRAN. Ali Mohammad Ahmadi executed in Kermanshah on January 11.
According to a report Hengaw received on April 9, 2024, on the morning of Thursday, January 11, 2024, the execution of 33-year-old Ali Mohammad Ahmadi from Kermanshah was implemented in the Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah.
The news of the execution of this Kurdish citizen has not been disseminated by the media.
As per an informed source, Ahmadi was detained in 2021 on charges of premeditated murder of one of his relatives and was sentenced to death in the same year.
Previously Hengaw had reported the execution, on the same day in the same prison, of another inmate, named Meysam Habibi.
Despite three months passing since the execution, at the time of compiling this report, the news of this inmate's death has not been announced by government media.
