October 19, 2023 - Hossein Ali Dil Baluch executed in Birjand on October 19.
According to Hal Vash, a Baluch man was executed in Birjand Central Prison on 19 October. His identity has been reported as 27-year-old Hossein Ali Dil Baluch.
He was arrested for drug charges over two years ago. At 3:30 am on 19 October, he was transferred from the ward without prior notice. His execution was carried out without his family being notified and the chance to say goodbye to them. They were contacted later that day to collect the body.
