December 21, 2023 - Mohammad Saleh Amini Executed in Taybad on December 21
According to information obtained by IHR, a man was executed in Taybad Prison, in Khorasan Razavi province, on 21 December. His identity has been established as 35-year-old Mohammad Saleh Amini. Saleh Amini, who was a chicken farm worker, was arrested for drug-related charges two years ago and sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
