Mojtaba Tondroo (Tondro) executed at Karaj Central Prison on August 4. According to javanehha.com, at dawn of Wednesday August 4, 2021, inmate Mojtaba Tondroo, Kurdish, was executed after serving 17 years in jail. Mr. Tondroo was taken for execution once before in November of 2020 to quarantine section but was returned to the ward after being physically and mentally tortured. Mr. Tondroo was 45, from Kermanshah. He was arrested 17 years ago on charge of murder and was sentenced to death. The report also says that Mr. Tondroo’s brother, Mohammad, an army man, was formerly executed for unknown charges.
