IRAN: THREE HUNG FOR DRUGS IN ISFAHAN

16 July 2009 :

three men were hanged in a prison in Isfahan, Iran, for drug trafficking. The executions were reported in the Etemad newspaper. The three were identified as Hossein, 45, found guilty of trafficking 143 kg of opium; Nasser, 35, found in possession of 725 gr of crack; and Mohammad Reza, for possession of 'a huge quantity of opium.'
