4 individuals who were found guilty in connection to a murder were sentenced to death by the Kandy High Court judge Manilal Waidyathilake.The murder had been committed on the 2nd of September 1999, in the Palagolla area in Pussellawa.
The 4 suspects who were residents of the Ratnapura area, had hijacked a vehicle and killed the driver.
