the Tunisian court of Cassation confirmed the death penalty of a man found guilty of raping and murdering two children.
The victims were allegedly kidnapped from school and their bodies were found days later.
The sentence of the Cassation court confirmed the decision made by the trial at first instance.
The man had appealed and was acquitted, causing the Public Prosecutor's office to challenge the sentence.
