IRAN HANGS MAN FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING
November 20, 2008: an Iranian man convicted of drug trafficking was hanged in the southern port city of Bandar Abbas, the state run news agency ISCA news reported. The man, identified only by his first name Majid, was hanged for smuggling more than 300 kilos of morphine, Etemad newspaper said.
