IRAN: 2 PRISONERS WERE HANGED IN MASHHAD
February 13, 2014: two prisoners were hanged in Vakil Abad prison of Mashhad, reported the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA). They were convicted of murder, while some sources said that they had committed their crimes when they were underage. One of them committed the crime 6 years before, and the other 7 years before.
