IRAN: 25 PRISONERS WERE HANGED IN GOHARDASHT PRISON, KARAJ, WEST OF TEHRAN
June 16, 2015: According to reports from inside Iran, 25 prisoners were collectively executed in Gohardash (Rajai Shahr) Prison, in the city of Karaj, some 26 miles west of Tehran, on the verge of the holy month of Ramadan.
Their sentence was carried out following the ratification by the Mullahs’ Supreme Court and after their request for clemency was rejected.
No report has been issued around their identities and the Iranian clerical regime has yet to release their identities. (Sources: mojahedin.org, 18/06/2015)
