IRAN - Unidentified man executed at Yasuj Prison on March 7
March 7, 2021: Unidentified man executed at Yasuj Central Prison.
According to Asre Iran, a 64 year-old man was executed in the early hours of this morning, March 7, at Yasuj Central Prison. The unnamed prisoner was sentenced to qisas (retribution-in-kind) for murder.
The man, who was a teacher in Yasuj before his arrest, was accused of killing his second wife and brother-in-law with a gun in a village in Boyer-Ahmad.
