On Wednesday, September 27, Qezel Hesar Prison in Karaj carried out the execution of two inmates who had been convicted of murder, as reported by Javan Online.
One of the individuals, identified as Ali Najafi by HRANA, had been accused and convicted two years ago of the murder of a conscript known as Abdoljabbar Makhtoom-Nejad. His sentence ultimately led to his execution.
The second inmate, whose first name was disclosed as Bahram by Etemad Online, was found guilty of a heinous crime involving an acid attack that resulted in the death of a woman.
