IRAN - 6 men executed in Shiraz on October 13

Farhad Salimi, Ali Shirvani, Ezzat Heidari, Kazem Saadipour, Reza Namdari, and Hossein Heidari.
According to a report received by Hengaw, in the early hours of Sunday, October 13, 2024, six prisoners—Farhad Salimi, Ali Shirvani, Ezzat Heidari, Kazem Saadipour, Reza Namdari, and Hossein Heidari—were executed in Shiraz Central Prison.
Sources informed Hengaw that Ezzat Heidari, aged 35, had been arrested for five years, Ali Shirvani, aged 28, for four years, and Farhad Salimi, aged 27, for three years, all on separate charges of premeditated murder, and had been sentenced to death.
Additionally, Kazem Saadipour, Reza Namdari, and Hossein Heidari, who had been transferred from Shiraz’s Pir Bano Prison to the city’s Central Prison, had previously been sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
Kazem Saadipour and Reza Namdari were arrested three years ago in a joint case, while Hossein Heidari had been arrested for four years on drug-related charges.
As of the time of this report, the execution of these six prisoners has not been announced by state-run media.
