IRAN - Ghiam Safizadeh executed in Jiroft on November 13
November 13, 2024: November 13, 2024 - IRAN. Ghiam Safizadeh (Qiyam Safi-Zadeh) executed in Jiroft on November 13.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Jiroft Prison in Kerman province on 13 November. His identity has been established as Ghiam Safizadeh who was sentenced to qisas (retribution-in-kind) for murder.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.
