According to reports, a female prisoner named Farkhondeh Allah Moradi, 50, was executed at dawn on Saturday, December 1, 2024, in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd).
Farkhondeh Allah Moradi had been arrested five years ago on charges of murder. As of now, no official government or judicial media outlets have reported her execution.
The Iranian regime is the world’s top record holder of executions of women. According to the data recorded by the NCRI Women’s Committee, 31 women have been executed so far in 2024, and at least 260 women have been executed in Iran since 2007.
