December 15, 2024: December 15, 2024 - IRAN. Hamzeh Mirzapour executed in Gorgan on December 15.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Gorgan Central Prison on 15 December. His identity has been established Hamzeh Mirzapour, a 37-year-old glass cutter. He was arrested three years ago and sentenced to death for drug-related offences. At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
