Tal’at Sabzi, Hassan Rostamnejad and Azim Mohammadi
On June 24, 2025, three individuals were executed at Qom Central Prison. The victims were identified as Hassan Rostamnejad, Azim Mohammadi, and 47-year-old Tal’at Sabzi. Each had been sentenced to death in separate cases involving charges of murder.
Rostamnejad had been imprisoned for four years for murdering a friend over financial disputes. Mohammadi had been convicted of killing his wife, and Sabzi was sentenced to death for the murder of her husband five years earlier.
