Thirteen prisoners were hanged between 25 and 26 June in two prisons of Karaj.
Two of them were executed in the prison of Rajaishahr on 25 June, Iran Human Rights reported. They were identified as Mehrdad Bagheri and Benjamin. Both prisoners were convicted of murder.
On 26 June, eleven men were hanged in Ghezelhesar prison of the same city, reported the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). They were between 25 to 40 years old. Nine of them were identified as Mehdi Aalaie, Karim Azizzadeh, Bahram Rezvan Panah, Karim Ghorbani, Davood Karami, Khosravi, Gholami, Islam and Siamak Heydari.
