ITALY. SENATE OK'S RATIFICATION OF PROTOCOL 13

October 9, 2008: the Senate approved the draft law for ratifying Protocol 13 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Liberties, relative to the abolition of the death penalty in all circumstances.
