IRAN: THREE HANGED FOR MURDER

February 5, 2009: three Iranians convicted of killing a businessman were hanged in the western city of Kermanshah, a newspaper reported.
Naser Ahmadi, Saeed Jannati and Farzad Jannati allegedly kidnapped and killed Nourali Shademani in 2005, the state-run daily Jomhuri Eslami reported, adding the three were hanged in the Dizel Abad Prison. (Sources: Agence France Presse, 09/02/2009)
