IRAN: MAN HANGED IN AHWAZ
April 9, 2011: One man was hanged in the southwest Iranian city of Ahwaz, reported the state run Iranian news agency Fars.
The man who was identified as "Karim Kh." was convicted of keeping 220 grams of heroin according to the report.
The execution took place inside the prison of Ahwas, said the report.
