LEBANON: BROTHERS SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR ISRAEL COLLABORATION
January 4, 2014: Lebanon's Military Tribunal handed down a death sentence in absentia to two brothers for collaborating with Israel during the 2006 war. The court, headed by Brigadier Nizar Khalil, handed down the sentence to Joseph and Natan Alyaho Kalash after the two were convicted with "collaborating with the Israeli enemy, providing it with coordinates for the Lebanese Army and Hezbollah."
