AFGHANISTAN: TALIBAN EXECUTE 3 ALLEGED KIDNAPPERS IN FARAH
March 3, 2018: Taliban militants executed three people allegedly involved in kidnapping cases in Khak-I-Safid district of western Farah province, officials said. Farah provincial council head, Farid Bakhtawar, confirmed the incident to Pajhwok Afghan News and said the three men were usually kidnapping passengers from Farah-Farah Rod highway and then transferring them to unknown locations. Few days back, the three men who also kidnapped a child were arrested by Taliban militants on the outskirts of Bala Bolok district, he said. He added that the Taliban executed the men in Khak-I-Safid district today. Qari Yousuf Ahmadi, a Taliban spokesman, said that their members executed three men, Naqibullah, Mohammad Naim and Lalai who were involved in kidnapping cases in Khak-I-Safid district of Farah today.
