IRAN - Bahman Zayerfar executed in Ahar on May 8
May 8, 2023: May 8, 2023 - Bahman Zayerfar executed in Ahar on May 8.
According to information that IHR obtained on January 12, Bahman Zayerfar, 29, was executed for drug-related charges in Ahar Prison on 8 May 2023. His execution was revealed after his brother Naghi was executed for the same charges in early January.

Almost 8 months later, Bahman’s brother Naghi was executed for the same charges in Maragheh Prison on 2 January (See HoC in that date).
At the time of writing, neither of their executions have been reported by domestic media inside Iran.
