According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Isfahan (Dastgerd) Central Prison on 26 September. His identity has been established as 21-year-old Amir Parsa Hassanzadeh, sentenced for murder. An informed source told IHR: “Amir Parsa Hassanzadeh was arrested for murder around three years ago. He was 19 at the time of arrest.”
IHR previously reported the execution of Mahmoud Atayi for the same charges at the prison that day.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
