At dawn on January 26, the death sentence of a man was carried out in Malayer Prison, Hamedan province. HRANA has identified him as Hamid Jahangiri, 36 years old. He had been arrested on drug-related charges. As of the time of this report, the execution has not been officially announced by prison officials or relevant institutions.
