According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Khash Prison on 28 May 2025. His identity has been established as Ehsan Hosseinzehi, a 30-year-old Baluch man from Khash. He was arrested around two years ago and sentenced for murder.
An informed source told IHR: “Ehsan was arrested for a murder during a robbery and had voluntarily handed himself in with mediation of clan leaders and elders.”
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
