IRAN HANGS TWO FOR RAPE
August 12, 2009: two men convicted of rape were executed in a prison in the southern Iranian city of Shiraz, the Etemad newspaper reported. The report identified Afghan national Zaeim, who was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl during a robbery at her home.
