IRAN: THREE HANGED FOR RAPING TEENAGE BOY

November 19, 2009: three Iranian men were hanged for raping a 17-year-old boy who subsequently committed suicide, the Fars news agency reported. The three, who were not identified, were convicted of kidnapping the youth in the central city of Isfahan and taking him out of town, where they assaulted him. No date was given for the executions.
