IRAN: 11 PRISONER HANGED IN SHIRAZ AND QAZVIN
December 20, 2014: At least 11 prisoners have been hanged in the cities of Shiraz and Qazvin, Iran.
A group of eight prisoners were hanged secretly on December 14 in Adelabad Prison in city of Shiraz. Two other inmates were hanged on December 17 in the same prion.
Another prisoner was hanged in the central prison of Qazvin on December 16.
In another anti-human measure, two young men were lashed in public in Chamestan, Mazandaran Province in northern Iran. Moslemzadeh, the regime’s judiciary official in Mazandaran, stated that each prisoner received 40 lashes. (Sources: Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, 20/12/2014)
