INDIA: PRESIDENT REJECTS TWO DEATH-SENTENCE PLEAS FROM CONVICTS
June 24, 2016: Indian President Pranab Mukherjee has reportedly rejected mercy pleas from two death-row convicts, Mofil and Mobarak Khan. The duo had allegedly killed a family of eight including a physically challenged youth in Jharkhand in 2007.
