BELARUS: TOP COURT UPHOLDS DEATH PENALTY FOR MURDER
October 2, 2009: the Belarus Supreme Court rejected the final appeal against the death sentence given to Vasil Yuzepchuk, 30, by the Brest regional court on June 29, for murdering and robbing six old women.
