IRAN: TEN PRISONERS HANGED IN ESFAHAN, SHIRAZ AND ZAHEDAN

April 20, 2015: Ten prisoners were hanged in Iran on April 13 and 20. Four prisoners with drug-related charges were executed on April 13 in Esfahan prison, according to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA). One of them has been identified as Siamak Ranjbari. Also, retaliation sentences for two brothers, Ali and Reza Sardari, were executed in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz. According to a report from inside Iran, 4 prisoners were hanged on April 18 in Zahedan’s Central Prison, east of the country.
