PAKISTAN: MURDERER GETS DEATH SENTENCE
October 7, 2015: Kamalia Additional District and Sessions Judge Sardar Iqbal Dogar awarded death sentence and Rs 200,000 fine to a man in a murder case.
According to prosecution, Nadeem had murdered Kalsoom Bibi over a minor dispute at Chak 681/22-GB. However, the court acquitted co-accused Nadeem’s father Akhtar and mother Azra Bibi by giving them benefit of the doubt. (Sources: thenews.com.pk, 08/10/2015)
