He was also charged with disrupting internal security, targeting security forces and taking part in robbing a number of cars and using them to transfer weapons. He was convicted, during a hearing on August 7, of attacking state authorities, using arms and killing security forces at security checkpoints and patrols in several areas in Qatif. He participated with a number of criminals in transferring 70 boxes containing machine guns and pistols and hiding them in farms in Qatif. The convict received money from traffickers to help them transfer, hide and smuggle weapons into the Kingdom. He was also accused of destabilizing social security and unity by participating in marches and riots in Qatif province, making anti-government chants and demanding the release of a detainee convicted in terrorism and national security cases.
