PAKISTAN: EIGHT MORE MURDER CONVICTS HANGED
July 29, 2015: Eight more death row convicts were hanged in different jails of Punjab, including father and son.
According to details, Death row prisoner Nayer Abbas was executed in Central Jail of Multan. He killed a man in Muzaffargarh in 1996.
Another death row prisoner Muhammad Anwar was hanged in Sargodha District Jail. He killed a man in 2002 over land dispute.
Death row prisoners Usman and his son Aftab were hanged in Attock Central Jail. Both were convicted of murdering father and son over property dispute in 1998.
Another prisoner Safdar was hanged in Attock Central Jail for killing one man in 2003.
Death row convict Ahmad din was executed in District Jail Jhang. He killed his relative in 2001.
The death row prisoner Tufail was hanged in Kasur District Jail for killing father and son.
Officials said the death row convict Gulfam was sent to gallows at Gujrat district jail. He was convicted for killing a man in 2001.
