SAUDI ARABIA: SAUDI BEHEADED FOR KILLING HIS FATHER

March 2, 2009: Saudi Arabian authorities beheaded a citizen convicted of murdering his father following a dispute.
An Interior Ministry statement said Ahmad al-Khyeeri was executed in the holy city of Medina after being convicted of fatally shooting his father after a dispute. It did not explain the nature of the dispute. (Sources: Associated Press, 02/03/3009, Amnesty International)
