IRAN: PROSECUTOR SAYS VALIAN DEATH SENTENCE NOT CARRIED OUT, STILL AWAITING APPEAL
March 7, 2010: in Iran, Tehran Prosecutor General Abbas Jafari-Dolatabadi denied reports that Mohammad Amin Valian had been executed. “He has the right to appeal until March 13,” he told reporters.
